📌 Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in automation testing for web, mobile, and APIs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing robust automation frameworks, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery for product-based or eCommerce applications in an Agile environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✅ Design, develop, and maintain automation test suites using Playwright, Selenium, PHPUnit, Jest, and other relevant tools
✅ Perform API testing and automation using Postman
✅ Automate smoke and regression test cases for web and mobile platforms (Android & iOS)
✅ Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, etc.
✅ Identify, track, and manage defects using JIRA
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Confluence and SharePoint
✅ Maintain test cases, execution reports, and coverage metrics using Test Management tools
✅ Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives)
✅ Ensure continuous quality by embedding automation across the development and release lifecycle
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
🔹 5+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation testing
🔹 Hands-on expertise in Playwright, Selenium, PHPUnit, and Jest
🔹 Strong experience in API testing and automation using Postman
🔹 Exposure to mobile automation testing for Android and iOS platforms
🔹 Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions
🔹 Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and test management systems
🔹 Solid understanding of QA automation workflows within CI/CD pipelines
🔹 Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
