Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with a focus on domestic staffing to join our HR team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment for IT/technical roles within India, managing high-volume hiring, building talent pipelines, and ensuring timely closures while adhering to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand IT job requirements, analyze JDs, and develop effective sourcing strategies for domestic roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels (job portals like Naukri/LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, headhunting, networking, and internal databases).
- Conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit (skills, experience, cultural alignment).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, documentation, background verification, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring IT positions (e.g., developers, engineers, QA, etc.).
- Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for interview scheduling, feedback collection, and timely closures.
- Handle volume hiring, contractual/C2H placements if required, and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.) and prepare reports for management.
- Stay updated on IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices in India.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (domestic staffing preferred; agency or in-house experience in IT services/product companies).
- Strong understanding of technical skills and roles (e.g., Full Stack, Java, .NET, Cloud, AI/ML, etc.).
- Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster), ATS tools, and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of closing senior/mid-level IT positions with high closure rates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
