Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in automation testing for web, mobile, and APIs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing robust automation frameworks, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery for product-based or eCommerce applications in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test suites using Playwright, Selenium, PHPUnit, Jest, and other relevant tools
• Perform API testing and automation using Postman
• Automate smoke and regression test cases for web and mobile platforms (Android & iOS)
• Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, etc.
• Identify, track, and manage defects using JIRA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Confluence and SharePoint
• Maintain test cases, execution reports, and coverage metrics using Test Management tools
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives)
• Ensure continuous quality by embedding automation across the development and release lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation testing
• Hands-on expertise in Playwright, Selenium, PHPUnit, and Jest
• Strong experience in API testing and automation using Postman
• Exposure to mobile automation testing for Android and iOS platforms
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and test management systems
• Solid understanding of QA automation workflows within CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
