About the Role
We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Web Designer & Frontend Developer who can contribute to both the design and development of modern, high-performance websites. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UI/UX design, Shopify store development, and WordPress website development, with the ability to translate creative concepts into responsive, user-friendly web experiences.
This role requires a strong balance of design creativity and frontend technical skills to build engaging digital experiences that align with business and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, visually appealing, and user-friendly website interfaces.
- Develop and customize Shopify themes and online stores based on business requirements.
- Design and build WordPress websites, themes, and page layouts.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for website pages and features.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure websites are fully responsive, optimized for performance, and compatible across browsers and devices.
- Work closely with backend developers and stakeholders to integrate APIs and required functionalities.
- Maintain consistent branding, typography, and design standards across all web platforms.
- Optimize websites for SEO, performance, and improved user experience.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Experience in Shopify store design and theme customization.
- Experience with WordPress website design and theme development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
- Ability to build responsive and visually engaging layouts.
- Understanding of website optimization, SEO basics, and performance improvements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify Liquid templating.
- Knowledge of WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
- Experience designing high-converting landing pages and marketing website
